🗑️ Delete My Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Kid Coloring Book parent account and all data associated with it.

What you can delete

Your parent account (email, name, sign-in credentials)
Your coin balance and unlocked-book records
Your purchase history
All ledger and activity records

How to request deletion

Step 1. Send an email to gammerxd.contact@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Kid Coloring Book account".

Step 2. In the email, include:

The email address of the account you want deleted
Optional: whether you want us to delete only certain data (e.g. just purchase history) or the whole account

Step 3. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email and cannot recover any of the deleted data.

What we may keep

We may retain minimal transaction records (order id, amount, timestamp) for as long as legally required for tax and refund obligations. These records do not include your name or email address after deletion.

For parents: children never create accounts in the app — the child-facing experience collects no personal data at all. Only the parent account (used for buying coin packs) is subject to deletion, because it is the only place any personal data lives.
