Kid Coloring Book (“the app”) is published by Gammerxd. This policy explains what information the app collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The app is directed to children as well as general audiences and is designed to comply with the Google Play Families Policy and the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
1. What we collect
Children playing without an account: nothing is collected. The app works without asking any child to sign in. Coloring pages, coin balance and unlocks are stored only on the device.
Adults who create a parent account to buy coins (behind a parental gate that requires holding a button for three seconds) provide:
- Email address and password (used for sign-in only)
- Optional display name
- Purchase records (product, coins granted, timestamp) — required to deliver purchased coins and honour refunds
- Standard device data (app version, device model) collected by Firebase for crash and error reporting
We do not knowingly collect personal information from any child.
2. How we use it
- To create and secure your parent account
- To verify purchases with the Google Play Developer API and deliver the coins you paid for
- To keep the purchased coin balance and unlocked books available across your devices
- To fix crashes and improve the app
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties for their own marketing.
3. Advertising
The app shows in-app advertisements delivered by Google AdMob to support the free content. Ads shown to users are non-personalised — no advertising ID profile is built from your activity in this app. See Google’s ads privacy for details on how AdMob operates.
4. Where the data lives
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Auth,
Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions) in the us-central1
region. It is protected by industry-standard encryption in transit
and at rest, and access is governed by Firebase Security Rules that
prevent one user from reading another’s data.
5. Payments
All purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. We never receive your card details. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles payment data.
6. Retention & deletion
Your parent account and purchase records are retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time by emailing gammerxd.contact@gmail.com, or follow the step-by-step instructions on the Delete Account page. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
7. Children’s privacy
Because the child-facing part of the app collects no personal data, it is safe for children under 13. Any purchase requires a parent to pass a “grown-ups only” gate and sign in, so no child can create an account or complete a transaction on their own.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify users through the app.
